Trumpeter
Trumpeter is a fast growing range of plastic kits from China. Models in all sorts of scales, and they do ships, aircraft as well as AFVs. A bit of a mixed bag with some excellent and some not uite so. The German SdAh 116 tank transporter trailer and the Famo are superb. The Sherman M4A4 has the hull front wrongly angles by a long way. Kits of Styker an LAV series of armoured cars are pretty good, but no open hatches provided. Unusual with the S-Tank and the Italian Ariete. Tend to do more than one variant of each type, so look out for Shermans, Stugs, Tigers, KV1s etc. Expected at the time of writing are some T55 variants which could be really good (I hope!).
There is just no substitute for visiting the real battlefields of WW2 in Europe if you have an opportunity to do so.
