Accurate Armour

Accurate Armour

Accurate Armour was one of the first producers of 1/35 resin models. Since they they have added a few 1/76 diorama accessories, and more recently a 1/48 range. The standards of their production has grown enormously from the basic kits of the beginning. However, I recall my own excitement when they announced a BMP1 as their first kit. Since then Dragon and Italeri have done it in plastic, but a first at the time. With metal, etched and resin parts, as well as comprehensive assembly instructions and often transfers as well, this has grown into a very sophisticated range of 1/35 resin models. A good mix of both armour and soft-skin subjects.

There is just no substitute for visiting the real battlefields of WW2 in Europe if you have an opportunity to do so.
